The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure comfort and tranquillity for guests. Klapas has three rooms and can accommodate up to six people, making it ideal for family or group holidays.
The spacious outdoor areas offer plenty of relaxing corners with beautiful views of the countryside.
The location is ideal for nature and land capsule lovers and for those who want a relaxing stay with easy access to the sea and other places of interest in Crete.

Sehr schönes Haus mit extrem schönem Garten und Pflanzen. Eigenes Ernten von z.B. Bananen und Weintrauben möglich. Ausreichend großer Pool. Im Garten kann man sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätzchen unter Olivenbäumen finden.
Sehr nette Gastgeber, auch der Kühlschrank war bei Anreise bereits gefüllt.

Villa très confortable, bien équipée au milieu des champs d'oliviers. Environnement calme.
Très beau jardin avec une très belle végétation et une magnifique piscine.
Propriétaires très accueillants, attentionnés et disponibles.
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Nous avons passé 14 jours magnifique dans cette villa. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de ce petit village. Vous pourrez profiter des cultures du petits jardin (fruits, aromates, …). Merci beaucoup à sylvia et son mari pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité ;) nous espérons pouvoir vite revenir ;)

May 2025 - Beautiful mountain villa near a small village in Crete. The grounds are meticulously maintained by the lovely Sylvia and Georgios with beautiful flowers in the spring and a refreshing pool. The hosts/owners are wonderful people and provided complementary water, salted olives, wine, lunch meat, cheese, bread, and much more. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommended.

Villa Calapas is a perfect place for a holiday. We stayed for a week at Sylvia's place and had a great time. It is located close to the main road and half an hour from Chania town. All around there are small villages and taverns, hiking trails. The villa was clean and tidy and its garden is well maintained and full of herbs and fruit trees. And there is also a huge pool. Sylvia is the perfect hostess and took care of all our needs. Recommended .

Beautiful secluded villa. The garden especially was fantastic with a variety of fruit trees which you could pick fresh from. Trees creating areas of shade around the pool. Good facilities within the villa with everything we needed.

Magnifique Séjour dans cette Villa. Notamment grâce à nos hôtes bienveillants, agréables, chaleureux. La Villa Klapas est parfaitement équipée, son jardin est plus qu'agréable. Piscine, 2 terrasses, Raisins, Arbres Fruitiers, Potager. La vue y est jolie. Sa localisation est très bien pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter l'ouest de l'île et une partie de l'est. Les lieux sont paisibles et beaux. J'écris cet avis bientôt 2 semaines après mon retour, et cela me donne très envie d'y retourner. Je pense vivement y revenir ! Parfait pour un groupe d'amis ou une Famille. A bientôt Villas Klapas :)

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhig, groß, toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Nur mit Auto möglich. Alles wie beschrieben. Einrichtung neu und moder. Sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück stand für den ersten Tag bereit und der Garten bietet viele Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben auch viele leckere Überraschungen bekommen. Versorgung mehr als freundlich.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison où rien ne manque et où les propriétaires sont réactifs.
La voiture est indispensable, mais nous avons l'avantage d'être au calme et d'avoir une belle vue sur les montagnes.
La piscine est très propre et suffisamment grande.

Excellent place for a family vacation. The hosts, Silvia and Jorgos, are most friendly and welcoming, they made sure we had a great time staying at their house. They came with gifts to us during our stay, like olive oil, wine, eggs and spices. The villa is situated in a beautiful garden which provides a wide range of fruits, vegetables and herbs that can be used freely. The stone grill is perfect for a nice barbecue, and the pool area is relaxing. The house is very clean and has everything you need. It is necessary to have a car to get around, to the beaches, and for shopping. We warmly recommend this place to everyone, and would like to come back some day!

Eine der schönsten Ferienunterkünfte die wir bisher hatten. Wenn man Ruhe und Natur sucht ist das der richtige Ort auf Kreta. (Man sollte einen Mietwagen haben) Kleine Dörfer, schöne Strände, Wandergebiete und kulturell interessante Orte sind alle gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hat wirklich ein brauchbare Ausstattung was man nicht von vielen Ferienhäusern sagen kann. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist wirklich schön angelegt mit gemauertem Grill, Pool, mehren schönen Sitzplätze. Ein Teil ist Nutzgarten mit Kräutern und Nutzpflanzen. Es gibt einen überdachten Außensitzbereich direkt am Haus und einen Esstisch aus Naturstein. Der Pool war perfekt sauber wie auch der Rest des Anwesend. Handtücher werden bei Bedarf/in Abständen getauscht und gelegentlich wurde das Haus auch gereinigt. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarort,herzlich nette Leute.
