Description
Villa Continella is large, exclusive seafront property on the eastern coast of Sicily near Acireale.
This traditional rural building has been skillfully renovated and converted into a private villa while preserving the original structure.
If you are looking for a truly unique villa for your vacation in Sicily, Villa la Continella is for you: with 8 bedrooms (in the Main house and the old Palmento) it can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people.
The interiors showcase refined design and architecture in perfect harmony.
Large common spaces, a tennis court, a fitness area and a wellness area with a steam bath and sauna are at guests’ disposal.
The villa is nestled among large outdoor areas that are furnished for enjoying the Sicilian sun even on the hottest days: guests have at their disposal a private pool, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.
The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area: the renowned tourist destinations of Acireale, Catania, Taormina and Syracuse; the unique landscapes of Etna Park; the Alcantara gorges and the Cyclops Riviera are within easy reach.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
